Generations Group Home (GGH) Calendar of Events - 2008
The Breakfast Club adopted Generations Group Home as one of
our primary charities. They are the benefactor of our largest fund raiser.
However, they need more than just money and would benefit from community
support. Therefore, all club members are encouraged to get involved with
Generations. How do you make this happen? Pick any of the following
events. Roseanne Brown (roseanne@generationsgroup.com)
is the appropriate person at Generations to contact fro more details.
January:
New Years Day - Special meal to celebrate the New Year -
Help always needed
February:
2-3-08 - Superbowl Party (catered by Arizona Steak House)
- Volunteers and Decorations needed.
March:
3-6-08 - Cultural Awareness Program - 3PM in the GGH Gym -
go to support the kids!
3-15-08 - GGH 500 (pine car races) Pre-race begins at 10:00 AM in GGH Gym
(lunch catered by Outback) - go to support the kids! Volunteer to help
with the race. ON OUR ROTARY COMMUNITY SERVICE

4-3-08 - Quarterly School Awards program (3:15 PM)- go to
support the kids and their accomplishments!
May:
5-15-08 - 11:30 Luncheon to support Generations - "Second
Chances" Carolina First Center (we will need to support a table - looking
for 8 volunteers) ON OUR ROTARY

5-26-08 - Memorial Day Cookout - an opportunity to serve and eat with the
boys
June:
6-12-08 - Quarterly School Awards program (3:15 PM)- go to
support the kids and their accomplishments!
July:
7-4-08 - Independence Day Cookout - an opportunity to
serve and eat with the boys
7-16-08 - Summer Showcase Program 3:00 PM
August:
8-18-08 Beginning or Career Week - Get involved ... help
these boys as they develop their future.
September:
9-1-08 - Labor Day Cookout - an opportunity to serve and
eat with the boys
